Sunflower Centre Alexander Group

Group for those with some experience of the Alexander Technique.

2025 sees the launch of a new monthly Alexander Technique group at the centre for those with some experience of the Alexander Technique. This is a small group so you’ll get lots of individual attention. The maximum number of participants is limited to 6. It’s a drop in class with a discount for those who’d like to commit to three monthly groups up front. We’ll be exploring some the basic principles of the Technique and looking at practical applications like walking, bending and lifting and voice and breathing to name just a few activities.

Cost £18  Concession £15. £45 for a block booking of three consecutive months.
