The Hypnobirthing Place with Zoe Donkin – Hypnobirthing (MbHA, NLP PPD)

The Hypnobirthing Place offers a unique and empowering antenatal course, combining Hypnobirthing, NLP and mindfulness.

Small relaxed face-to-face groups learning hypnobirthing in the comfort and calm of The Sunflower Centre

Courses are split over 2 x 4 hour sessions over one weekend.

On this course, you will discover:

• How to stay calm and comfortable in pregnancy and birth
• How to tune into your instincts, in touch with your body and your baby
• How to build and strengthen your belief in yourself
• How to maintain a sense of control; the key factors within your influence
• How to let go and trust the process
• How transformative your partner can be, in supporting you and protecting your space
• How to use your breathing to help your mind and body work together during labour

Courses can be oversubscribed, so advanced booking is highly recommended to avoid missing out. 

NB. One couple’s place is available on a ‘pay what you can’ basis. This is to make the course available to those who would like to join but are unable to pay in full.
