GENTLE YOGA

Gentle, considered yoga sequences to find space and ease in the body. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, using conscious movement and breath to reconnect to ourselves, soften into the places where we hold tension, and find some freedom. The class will finish with a generous relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.

    Sarah is a certified yoga teacher who has been qualified since 2019. She also specialises in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga and offers regular yoga workshops at the centre.
