MELT- A mindful workshop for mums

Creating a moment to pause, rest and retreat. An afternoon to move softly, find space in your mind and body. This workshop is tailored for mums, giving them space to nourish, rest and restore. We will flow to freely through a slow flow, find supportive pranayama, pair essential oils with acupressure points and facial massage then finish with an extended savasana + Yoga Nidra practice to support sleep and self-care.

Each student will take home a three mini essential oil bottles of the aroma used in the workshop.

Props required for workshop; Bolster, blanket, 2x yoga blocks, optional eye pillow.
