A four-week yoga and movement course to help with postnatal healing and recovery.
For anyone who has recently birthed a baby and would like to take time to re-connect to themselves and their body.
Babies up to crawling are welcome to attend but you are also welcome to come by yourself.

- gentle, somatic movement
- exercises to mobilise, strengthen and ease tension in the body
These sessions are an invitation to listen to your body and explore moving in a way that feels good to you, recognising that everybody is different and every person’s postpartum experience is unique.
A relaxed, supportive space to move, breathe and connect with others on a similar journey.
No previous yoga experience is needed. The class is suitable for those who are 6+ weeks postpartum or following your postnatal check.
Yoga mats and other equipment are provided, but please bring your own if you prefer. Please bring a blanket for baby to lie on during the class, and you are welcome to feed, change and hold your baby at any time during the class, as you would at home.
This class will resume in May 2024 with Sarah Savage returning from her maternity leave
