YIN YOGA CLASSES
Yin Yoga is a slower form of yoga, practiced mainly in lying or seated positions and is often described as a moving meditation. Each pose is typically held for 3-5 minutes, helping to stretch deeper into the connective tissue and joints, working alongside the emotional body.
Vicky’s Yin Yoga classes are all themed around an intention, often connecting to the energies of the planetary alignments, stars and moon phases. With a deep focus on self-love and balancing the seven main chakras, this weekly class is a truly beautiful way to relax and unwind at the end of the day.
Each class incorporates the use of essential oils, crystals, relaxing music, candles & oracle cards to help further the connection to self and deepen relaxation. Each class also ends with a relaxing foot massage.
This class is suitable for all levels and abilities, with lots of options & modifications offered.
No experience is necessary and all equipment is provided.
