Structural Osteopathy

A variety of techniques fall under the umbrella term of ‘structural’ osteopathy.  It is manual in nature, using skilled application of force applied through the soft tissues and joints to effect a therapeutic change in range of motion and muscle tone.  Other techniques use active resistance to improve range of motion.
