Rooms to Rent

The Sunflower Centre is situated in a large Victorian house on the corner of Hilly Fields recreation area in leafy SE4.  The building is decorated to a high standard.  We are fortunate to be in such a lovely location; when people visit they say that the atmosphere in the building is one of peace, a perfect setting for what’s available at the centre.

We have the following rooms available:

• five one-to-one therapy/treatment rooms, one on the ground floor, three on the first floor and one on the second floor
• there is a larger room on the first floor that overlooks the garden and a ground floor room that is slightly smaller, ideal for classes, workshops and courses
• on the top floor there is a fully equipped Pilates Studio

Where floor work is needed, or for movement workshops, there is ample room for 6 participants, 5 in the ground floor room – though some teachers accommodate more than that.  More people can be accommodated for seated workshops. There is space and scope for running weekend courses and workshops.
