Beth is a yoga teacher, voice work facilitator, and opera singer based in South London.
Trained at the prestigious Chetham’s School of Music and the Royal Northern College of Music, she has spent years refining her craft as a performer.
Yoga first entered her life as a way to manage performance anxiety and stress, but it quickly became something much deeper—a bridge between voice and body, breath and movement.
As a singer, the body is the instrument, and yoga provides a framework to harness its full potential. This profound connection between voice and movement became the foundation of Beth’s work, guiding others to discover their own voices with confidence and ease.
She has since made it her mission to share these practices, empowering people to tap into the healing power of singing and movement, both in solo practice and in community. Having led yoga retreats, workshops, and song circles around the world, she remains in awe of the transformative magic that emerges when strangers come together in sound, movement, and community.
Beth has completed over 700 hours of yoga teacher training, with specialisms in Yin, Mandala, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga.
Her approach is one of deep listening, encouraging students to turn inward, strip away distractions, and nurture an intuitive conversation with their body, breath, and emotions. She guides her students to return Home to themselves, reminding them that all the wisdom they seek is already within
