As a Functional Medicine health coach (FMCHC/ UKIHCA) – I offer a positive, practical, science-backed approach to health, focusing on the lifestyle factors that play a key role in maintaining or improving wellness, including food, movement, stress, supporting relationships and quality of sleep.
As an EFT practitioner (EFTi) – I offer a gentle but effective tool, based on acupuncture points, to shift unhelpful patterns, habits and beliefs. Once you’ve learned it, you’ll be able to use the technique yourself, whenever life challenges arise.
As a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT-200/ Advanced Restorative Yoga Teacher) – I offer restorative practices, including breathing techniques, yoga nidra and mindfulness to help you relax, recharge and get in touch with what you need.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique, is a gentle, non-invasive tool that helps us gain freedom from strong emotions, ingrained beliefs that hold us back, and even physical issues such as pain and cravings. It involves using the fingers to tap on acupuncture points, on the face and body, while focusing on the issue at hand.
