
I discovered yoga in my early teens and have been hooked on the transformational potential of the practice.
As a practicing doctor locally, my interest in the body has evolved over the years and I am fascinated by how we can heal ourselves. I weave elements of this lens into class in an attempt to marry my learnings from Eastern and Western philosophies.
I love what yoga gives us access to through the power of movement and breath. Strength in ourselves and our bodies, curiosity, and the ability to feel more compassion, calmness, and joy both on and off the mat.
Trained in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, I tap into these softer elements regularly. My classes are accessible, curated for longevity, and have a focus on body & breath awareness.
