Osteopathy has been practiced in this building for over 30 years and is at the heart of the Sunflower Centre which itself was established in 2006. Today the team of five osteopaths have over 100 years’ experience in practice between them, each working very individually, tailoring their approach to bring symptomatic relief, understanding and a plan of self-care and maintenance.
With a team of ten psychotherapists, counsellors and coaches we offer support for challenges of many hues, be it personal, interpersonal, career related, life transitions, trauma and much much more. Our team includes the important work with families and children.
Massage therapy continues to be in high demand; we have four highly skilled and committed therapists offering a range of approaches including deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massage.
Other therapies include acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, aromatherapy, homeopathy and more.
Lastly, the various workshops and classes we offer can help you in your journey towards wellness and resilience. You will build strength, tone and flexibility in your body as well as develop awareness to help maintain that benefit.
